Our ratio is 4 students to 1 tutor. Each student receives individual attention and opportunities for independent work. Tutors circulate constantly, to provide encouragement, answer questions, discuss important concepts, check homework in progress, and rebuild basic academic skills.
In most cases, two tutors and eight students share one large classroom. Tutors maintain a quiet, focused atmosphere, but also encourage sharing and cooperation.
